We measure our success by the 360° value we create for our clients, each other, our shareholders, partners, and communities.\nThe Instructor Senior Analyst is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics. The person selected for this opportunity will facilitate instructor-led training courses, help create training resources, create exams, and certifications. The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nConduct training for new and experienced employees.\nPerform needs analysis and make training recommendations.\nEstablish a feedback loop between learning and leadership.\nCreate and schedule classes.\nOn-the-Job coaching and sales messaging calibration.\nCounsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development.\nBuild relationships with managers and employees. \nEscalate issues posing business risk to management. \nUtilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed. \nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, sales training, sales mentoring, or sales leadership\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in delivering effective sales training curricula.\nPrior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead\nExpertise around sales training and sales development\nBachelor’s Degree\nHybrid in Dublin 2\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
