The successful candidate will support Accenture’s intellectual property transactions practice, open-source software license compliance, and work closely with senior members of the IP Legal team on a broad range of technology, licensing, commercial, and strategic initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDraft, review, and negotiate agreements related to intellectual property and technology transactions, including inbound and outbound software and technology licenses and other IP-related arrangements.\nSupport the end-to-end review of the use and development of software incorporating components licensed under free software licenses across diverse product and service teams, with a particular focus on open-source licenses.
