The role requires deep capital markets expertise, strong financial statement analysis and the ability to translate complex business and financial information into clear, credible external messaging.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCommunicate Accenture’s business strategy, financial performance and investment proposition to institutional investors and equity analysts.\nServe as a senior adviser to the Head of Investor Relations on market perspectives, investor sentiment, financial messaging and potential areas of investor concern.\nLead rigorous analysis of financial statements, operating performance, key business drivers and external expectations.\nDevelop executive presentations, earnings materials, investor presentations, briefing documents and responses to anticipated investor and analyst questions.\nLead significant elements of the quarterly earnings process, including message development, financial analysis, question-and-answer preparation and executive briefing.\nBuild and maintain relationships with investors and equity analysts, representing Accenture with credibility in meetings and other investor interactions.\nMonitor analyst research, consensus expectations, shareholder trends, competitive performance and broader capital markets developments.\nPartner with Finance, Legal, Controllership, Tax, Corporate Communications and business leadership to support accurate, consistent and compliant financial communications.\nSupport the planning and execution of investor and analyst days, the annual shareholder meeting, quarterly earnings calls and other investor events.\nOversee the preparation and distribution of annual reports, quarterly earnings materials and relevant Securities and Exchange Commission filings.\nProvide direction and coaching to other members of the Investor Relations team.\nJob Requirements:\nRole requires approximately 25% travel when requested by the business\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum 7 years of experience in one or more of the following:Sell-side equity research\nBuy-side investment analysis\nInvestment banking or equity capital markets\nInvestor relations within a publicly traded company\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong preference for direct Wall Street or equivalent capital markets experience.\nDemonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation, financial modelling and assessment of business performance.\nExperience supporting or leading quarterly earnings preparation and senior executive financial communications.\nExperience engaging directly with institutional investors and equity analysts.\nExperience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex financial information clearly.\nPublic-company experience and familiarity with US GAAP, disclosure requirements and financial controls.\nTechnology or professional services industry experience is beneficial, but finance and capital markets expertise should take precedence over industry experience, consistent with the recommended future-state profile.\nKnowledge & Skill Requirements:\nCapital markets judgement and credibility\nAdvanced financial and valuation analysis\nExecutive communication and presentation development\nInvestor and analyst relationship management\nStrategic perspective and commercial judgement\nAbility to simplify complex financial information\nHigh discretion and sound judgement\nLeadership potential and ability to develop team members\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
