You combine strong technical fundamentals with hands-on experience working with LLMs and understand how to turn cutting-edge models into reliable, production-ready solutions.\nRequirements\nProven experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI systems\nStrong experience with agentic AI systems, including design and implementation of agent-based architectures and orchestration patterns\nHands-on experience developing and working with AI agents in real-world development or similar applied settings\nStrong understanding of RAG architectures, including retrieval optimization and integration with agent-based systems\nHands-on experience with LLMOps practices, including evaluation frameworks, regression testing, monitoring, and observability\nExperience designing data pipelines for LLM systems (chunking strategies, embeddings, vector databases)\nStrong Python engineering skills with production standards (testing, CI/CD, performance awareness)\nExperience deploying AI systems in cloud environments\nIf you have less than two years of professional experience, please include your academic transcripts with your application.\nLife at Halfspace, part of Accenture\nWe think and act like a professional sports team.
