Negotiating and time-management skills You have both in spades, along with a gift for getting diverse stakeholders on the same page when it comes to priorities and direction.\nThe Work:\nManage automation project delivery from planning through execution and closeout. Own integrated schedules, dependencies, risks/issues, status reporting, stakeholder coordination, milestone governance, resource planning, and alignment between client, technical, and account teams.\nHave overall accountability to lead and implement quality projects while meeting cost, schedule and scope using Agile Methodologies and tools.\nDirect large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners. \nResponsible for projects with moderate budgets\nDirectly manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with matrix business, corporate and partners to oversee all phases of the project, and to ensure that related project processes are completed as required (including, as applicable, change management, process management, transition to business/operations, system development, quality management, etc.) \nDevelops or ensures development of project artifacts including charter, integrated plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related PM artifacts, while complying with applicable enterprise standards (e.g. Management , Risk, Audit, Compliance) \nMonitors and controls the project. Process recommendations and adjustments to the Accountable Executive and publishes periodic project status reports .\nHere’s what you Need:\nMinimum of 2 years of project management experience in automation, controls, manufacturing, distribution, or technology delivery environments.\nFull software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience working directly with developers.\nFinancial management skills in developing and tracking project budget & P&L.\nHands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, and project management methodologies (margins, budget, timelines, scope, and quality to make better business decisions).\n A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline\nValid passport and ability to travel within Canada, the US and internationally.\nEnglish is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.\nBonus points if you have:\nKnowledge of MES and/or Automation Controls domain. Knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
