The role will drive growth and business value through governance, reporting, analytics, automation, visualization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat are we looking for?\nStrong US or UK Retirement domain experience with knowledge of retirement operations, processes, reporting, and client requirements.\nHands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA, Tableau, and MS Office, including dashboard development, data modeling, reporting, and visualization.\n20 plus years of experience, including 10 to15 years in BI, Reporting, Governance, Analytics, or client-facing roles. Partner with Account and Service Delivery leadership to ensure delivery meets SLAs, contractual requirements, and client expectations.\n• Manage and mentor 30 plus professionals, driving resource planning, performance, engagement, capability development, and continuous improvement.
