You combine deep engineering judgment with team leadership, client communication, and practical delivery management across native and cross-platform ecosystems. You make sound technical decisions when there is no obvious answer and help the engineers around you deliver at a consistently high standard.\nThe work\nLead mobile engineering teams across iOS, Android, and cross-platform delivery while remaining hands-on where needed.\nOwn technical design, engineering quality, and delivery outcomes for one or more mobile workstreams.\nDefine and evolve mobile architecture, development standards, reusable patterns, and engineering guardrails.\nTranslate product, experience, security, and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nPartner with product managers, designers, architects, API teams, quality engineers, security teams, and client stakeholders.\nPlan and manage engineering delivery, including estimates, scope, dependencies, risks, release readiness, and technical issue resolution.\nLead design reviews and code reviews to ensure security, accessibility, performance, testability, maintainability, and platform compliance.\nCoach developers, delegate effectively, provide actionable feedback, and create a high-performing engineering environment.\nDrive CI/CD, automated testing, observability, DevSecOps, and responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.\nSupport client workshops, technical proposals, staffing plans, estimates, and pursuit solutioning.\nHere's what you'll need\n 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant mobile application development experience.\n2+ years of experience leading developers and managing delivery commitments for client or enterprise programs.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS with Swift or Android with Kotlin, or strong delivery experience with React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.\nExperience defining mobile architecture and integrating applications with RESTful APIs, identity platforms, analytics, notifications, and backend services.\nExperience with mobile CI/CD, automated testing, application signing, release management, and production support.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools within the software development lifecycle, with sound judgment for review, testing, security, and quality.\nBonus points if\nExperience delivering mobile products in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, utilities, or public sector.\nExperience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, mobile security, secure storage, authentication, privacy, accessibility, or application performance monitoring.\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and modern API or event-driven architectures.\nExperience leading distributed or global delivery teams.\nExperience estimating work, shaping solutions, and supporting client proposals or pursuits.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.\nProfessional skill requirements\nProven success leading a team-oriented environment.\nClear, credible communication with developers, executives, and client stakeholders.\nAbility to make pragmatic technical decisions, explain trade-offs, and resolve ambiguity.\nStrong coaching, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
