What would you do?

• The Finance and FP&A offering delivers integrated accounting operations, financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analytical support. It covers R2R, P2P, O2C, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modelling and management reporting, while strengthening controls, standardizing processes, enabling automation and supporting informed business decisions.

• Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting and FP&A processes, including R2R, P2P, O2C, reconciliations, period close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and management reporting. Partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while driving process standardization, automation, controls and continuous improvement.
• Finance & Accounting operations across R2R, P2P and O2C. Financial reporting, reconciliations and period close. Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling. Management reporting, business partnering and decision support. Process excellence, financial controls, compliance, automation and analytics. Proficiency in ERP, Excel and planning or reporting tools.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill: Finance & Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis. Strong experience in R2R, P2P, O2C, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling. Ability to manage end-to-end operations, interpret financial performance, engage senior stakeholders, lead teams, strengthen controls and deliver process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end Finance & Accounting and FP&A operations.

• • Manage R2R, P2P, O2C, reconciliations, period-end close, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• • Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and effective financial controls.
• • Analyse revenue, costs, margins, variances, risks and performance trends.
• • Develop financial models, business cases and actionable insights for decision-making.
• • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues.
• • Drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• • Support audits, compliance reviews and governance requirements.
• • Prepare executive reports and presentations.

• • Lead, coach and develop team members while promoting accountability, quality and timely delivery.Any Graduation
