You are comfortable leading delivery, engaging senior client stakeholders, and developing high-performing teams across locations.\nYou may operate as a Murex Integration Delivery Lead for defined programs or workstreams. You bring credibility with clients, platform vendors, and internal leadership, and you are commercially aware and delivery focused.\nThe Work\nIn this role, you will:\nLead delivery of Murex programs, integrations, upgrades, and operating model changes across consulting, system integration, and managed services engagements\n\nAct as Delivery Lead or Deputy Delivery Lead depending on program scale and role level\n\nDrive solution design and integration across Murex modules and surrounding Capital Markets systems\n\nPartner with client stakeholders to shape platform roadmaps aligned to business, risk, and regulatory priorities\n\nBuild, manage, and mentor multi-location teams of Murex consultants, including Managers, Senior Managers, and specialist leads\n\nEnsure delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction across assigned scope\n\nSupport or lead sales opportunities, including RFP responses, solution shaping, and deal closure (scope varies by level)\n\nManage and strengthen relationships with platform vendors and strategic partners\n\nContribute to the growth of Accenture’s Murex and Capital Markets practice through people development, asset creation, and thought leadership\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nBasic Qualifications:\n8+ years of experience delivering Capital Markets technology programs, with significant hands-on experience in Murex\nProven depth of knowledge and recognized market track record with one or more leading Capital Markets platforms (Murex preferred; Calypso and/or SimCorp also relevant)\nExperience acting as delivery lead for complex, large-scale programs spanning consulting, system integration, and managed services\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage and develop large, multi-location teams, including senior managers\nExperience acting as a Client Account Platform Manager or equivalent senior client-facing role\nStrong understanding of Capital Markets across sell-side and/or buy-side environments\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior client executives and platform vendors\nBachelor’s degree\nEnglish is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.\nBonus Points If You Have\nExperience leading global or regional Murex transformation programs across multiple asset classes\nStrong exposure to front-to-back trade lifecycle, risk, collateral, treasury, and regulatory domains\nExperience driving DevOps, cloud, and modern engineering practices within Murex environments\nProven sales origination experience, including shaping platform-led deals and supporting business development\nMurex certifications or formal platform training\nExperience working within large, matrixed global organizations\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
