You combine deep platform expertise with automation to deliver predictable results at scale in regulated environments.\nThe Work:\nDesign, implement, and / or operate campus/DC/private cloud network architectures (EVPN/VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, ECMP).\nEngineer perimeter and micro-segmentation strategies (NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF) aligned to Zero Trust and ITSG-33.\nImplement SD-WAN, remote access, and hybrid connectivity (IPSec/SSL, MPLS, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect).\nAutomate configuration and compliance checks with Ansible/Python; manage golden configs and CI pipelines.\nLead P1/P2 network incidents, perform packet captures, and drive RCA with corrective actions.\nDefine monitoring KPIs, telemetry, and synthetic tests; maintain runbooks and topology diagrams.\nCollaborate with Cloud/Security teams on service onboarding and resilience patterns; support DR testing.\nAbility to work shifts/on-call; comfort working on-site in high-security environments.\nTravel may be required based on client demand. Preferred location: Ottawa.\nWhat You’ll Need\nMinimum 5 years of experience in network engineering experience (enterprise/DC).\n\nExpertise with routing/switching, NGFW, VPN, load balancing, DNS/DHCP/IPAM.\n\nAutomation skills (Ansible/Python) and Git-based workflows.\n\nIncident leadership and documentation excellence.\n\nBachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.\n\nEligibility for Reliability Clearance.\n\nBonus Points If You Have\nEligible for Top Secret Security Clearance or currently holds Top Secret Security Clearance status.\n\nProfessional certs (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).\n\nExperience with network observability and telemetry stacks.\n\nBilingual (English/French).\n\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
