SD-WAN (WAN Domain)\nDesign, deploy, and manage SD-WAN solutions across branch and data center environments\nConfigure application-aware routing, traffic steering, and failover policies\nMonitor WAN edge health, tunnels, and application performance using telemetry and analytics\nTroubleshoot WAN issues (latency, packet loss, brownouts, ISP issues) and ensure service continuity\nSupport integration with SASE platforms (Prisma, Zscaler, Secure Edge)\n2. Juniper MIST (AIOps & Campus)\nMonitor and manage network using Juniper Mist dashboards, SLEs, and Marvis AI insights\nPerform AI-driven proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)\nAnalyze anomalies (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN) and resolve issues before user impact\nOptimize user experience using SLE metrics (latency, throughput, roaming, client health)\nImplement configuration changes, RF optimization, and performance tuning\n3. Network Operations (VNOC/NOC)\nPerform 24 7 monitoring, alert validation, and incident management\nExecute proactive issue identification using trends and telemetry\nValidate service restoration and maintain SLA/KPI compliance\nCollaborate with L2/L3/OEM/ISP teams for escalations and permanent fixes\nMaintain incident documentation, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives\n4.
