Independently analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to prevent future incidents. Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on system behavior and user feedback.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.\n\nMaintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.\n\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.\n\nThis is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local ATC offices.\nWhat you'll need:\nBachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline\n\nMinimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM support\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.\n\nEnglish is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.
