Planning Application Design & Ownership\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable planning applications (forms, dashboards, cubes, dimensional models).\nDefine and manage metadata (dimensions, hierarchies, attributes) aligned with business requirements.\nEnsure adherence to Oracle EPM best practices for usability, performance, and design standards.\n2. Calculation & Business Logic Development\nDevelop and maintain Calculation Manager rules and business logic using Groovy scripting.\nUtilize Groovy APIs (DataGrid, Cube, Member, Application) for dynamic calculations and automation.\nOptimize performance and ensure efficient execution during planning cycles.\n3. Planning Cycle Management\nSupport end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and rolling planning processes.\nEnable driver-based planning, scenario modeling, and version control.\nDesign workflows and approvals aligned with governance requirements.\n4. Task Manager & Process Automation\nConfigure and manage Task Manager / Task Lists for planning execution.\nAutomate processes using EPM Automate and REST APIs (data loads, metadata refresh, scheduling).\nMonitor batch jobs and ensure smooth execution of planning cycles.\n5. Data Integration & Management\nDesign and manage integrations using FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI.\nIntegrate Oracle EPM with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, and other systems.\nImplement validation, reconciliation, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity.\n6. Reporting & Analytics\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis using Smart View and EPM tools.\nProvide financial insights, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.\nAlign reporting outputs with business and executive requirements.\n7. Security & Access Control\nDesign and maintain role-based security across applications and data access.\nManage user provisioning in compliance with organizational policies.\n8. Financial Alignment & Close Integration\nAlign planning data with actuals and financial consolidation systems (e.g., FCCS).\nSupport integration between planning and financial close processes.\nEnsure consistency across planning, consolidation, and reporting layers.\n9. Narrative Reporting (Preferred)\nDevelop and maintain reports using Oracle Narrative Reporting.\nEnable integration of financial data with executive commentary.\n10. System Administration & Environment Management\nManage application lifecycle (LCM, migrations, backups, environment refresh).\nSupport Oracle monthly updates and patch releases.\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.\n11. Stakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nConduct workshops and provide solution design recommendations.\n12.
