Visit us here to find out more about Accenture's Oracle practice: https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/oracle-index\nThe Work\nResponsibilities:\nAs an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:\n\nProvide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.\n\nSupport implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.\n\nCollaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.\n\nProvide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.\n\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.\n\nDesign, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports\n\nThis is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office.\n\nHere’s what you need:\nAt least 5 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules\n\nConfigure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery\n\nExcellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nBachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline\n\nEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
