This role partners with sales, engineering, delivery, and business teams to create scalable, outcome-driven Oracle solutions that help clients accelerate cloud transformation, modernization, AI adoption, and business value realization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSolution Architecture & Presales\nTranslate client requirements into scalable Oracle solutions aligned with business objectives.\n\nLead solution planning, estimation, staffing, pricing inputs, scope definition, and business case development.\n\nSupport RFIs/RFPs and executive presentations.\n\nDevelop solution roadmaps, implementation approaches, proofs of concept (POCs), pilots, and reusable assets.\n\nCollaborate with sales, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.\n\nClient Advisory\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders.\n\nFacilitate discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and value realization discussions.\n\nAdvise clients on cloud transformation, modernization, integration, data, analytics, automation, Business AI, and Generative AI opportunities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to embed AI-driven insights and intelligent business processes within Oracle solutions.\n\nEngineering & Innovation\nApply structured problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and innovation-led thinking to solve client challenges.\n\nPromote reuse of accelerators, reference architectures, automation frameworks, and best practices.\n\nEvaluate emerging Oracle, cloud, AI, and integration technologies and their business impact.\n\nContribute to innovation initiatives, reusable assets, and thought leadership.\n\nLeadership\nSupport sales, client, and marketing events.\n\nMentor Solution Architects and contribute to capability development.\n\nShare best practices and maintain relevant certifications.\n\nTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.\nHere's What You Need:\nMinimum of 5 years of Oracle project delivery experience, including Oracle SaaS Cloud or Oracle NetSuite with strong functional and integration exposure.\nMinimum of 5 years of solution planning, pre-sales, and deal-shaping experience, including RFPs, estimation, staffing, pricing, and executive presentations.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in cloud transformation or cloud implementation programs.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)\n Preferred Skills:\nExperience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities including ability to convert business requirements into executable architecture and engineering solutions.\nStrong understanding of Oracle modules, integration, and end-to-end business processes.\nKnowledge of Oracle methodologies, best practices, and clean-core principles.\nExperience with ERP and / or HCM.\nFamiliarity with custom design & development (example: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions).\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, estimation, and presentation skills.\n Bonus Points if You Have:\nExperience leading large-scale Oracle transformation programs.\nExpertise in value-based selling and business case development.\nExperience creating accelerators, automation assets, reusable frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions.\nKnowledge of Oracle AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agile, and DevOps practices.\nContributions to accelerators, reusable frameworks, thought leadership, or innovation initiatives.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
