Are you passionate about helping organizations secure their industrial environments while contributing to the growth of a leading Industrial and OT Cybersecurity practice in Sweden?\nThen live your passion in a position where you identify and evaluate security gaps, develop and implement security strategies, and advise customers on the optimal use of security solutions.\n\nWhat to expect\nIn this role, you will play a key part in growing Accenture's Industrial and OT Cybersecurity practice in Sweden while helping clients secure the digitalization of their control systems and production processes.\nAs an Industrial and OT cybersecurity expert, you will cover relevant subject areas such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, and vulnerability and patch management.\nAs a senior member of our Cybersecurity practice, you will help shape and expand our Industrial and OT Cybersecurity offering in Sweden by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales activities, and contributing to the development of our OT cybersecurity capabilities and talent.\nWorking closely with clients and colleagues across Accenture's global OT cybersecurity network, you will bring industry insights and innovative solutions to help organizations address evolving cybersecurity challenges in industrial environments.\nIn client meetings and workshops, you leverage your consultative selling skills to act as a trusted advisor and support clients on their cybersecurity transformation journeys. \nWhat we're looking forward to\nDegree or equivalent plus at least seven years of experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity, ideally combined with a background in industrial engineering and operational technology. \nBroad expertise in domains relevant to Industrial and OT cybersecurity, including integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management, as well as familiarity with industry frameworks, standards, and regulations. \nStrong business acumen with a blend of commercial, sales, and technical skills, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record of building trusted customer relationships. \nExperience in leading initiatives, developing capabilities, attracting cybersecurity talent, and coaching colleagues in a matrix organization. \nCross-functional and innovative team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \nFluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. \nWillingness to travel as required. \n\nAbout Accenture\nAt Accenture, you work with authentic professionals who have one thing in common: a passion for change.
