- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for system integration and delivery.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.

- Strong expertise in managing end-to-end integration processes within packaged or cloud-based application environments.

- Experience in defining and enforcing platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.

- Ability to coordinate complex release cycles and manage configuration changes effectively.

- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges across multiple systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
