Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.

- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools within ServiceNow ITOM.

- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and configuration management.

- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.

- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
