Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of application integration using APIs and low-code development environments.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.

- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
