As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different system components. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and implement effective application adjustments is a key part of the work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.

- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing.

- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.

- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

- Ability to use low-code development platforms to streamline application enhancements.

- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.

- Understanding of release management processes and best practices for software updates.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
