As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal application functionality.

- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- Experience in developing and optimizing code for high-performance SAP HANA environments.

- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management within packaged and software as a service solutions.

- Familiarity with integration techniques using standard APIs and low-code platforms.

- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
