Like this one: Senior Associate\nNow that you’ve finished your MBA - and maybe even had a few years in a commercial role - you’ll be looking for the opportunity to turn your insights into business results. As a Partners in Performance Senior Associate those results could impact some of the world’s largest companies.\nThis role combines analysis with outcomes in a way that will challenge and develop you- all the time with the full support and mentoring of your fellow Partners in Performance colleagues. Once the recommendations built on your analysis are agreed to, you can expect to work alongside clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to help make them happen. Whether it’s process improvement, supply chain optimization or back office transformation, you’ll help turn your recommendations into results for your clients.\nThe nuts and bolts\nWe’re looking for Senior Associates in our Americas business. You’ll also need a distinction average in a Master’s degree or MBA and up to 6 years’ commercial experience is desirable. Working with Analytics is like breathing to us, so Excel and general math ability are important. Our priority is to work along side our clients at the site, where the action is happening. Work travel and working on heavy industry, construction like sites, are a norm for us.
