But so does being open-minded, growth-oriented, agile in connecting dots and able to see the bigger picture.\nTHE WORK:\nAdvise clients on planning and fulfillment transformation, assessing current capabilities and defining future-state processes across demand planning, supply planning, inventory and order fulfillment.\nTranslate business requirements into SAP IBP solution design, including foundational functional configuration, planning structures, data models and forecasting approaches.\nDesign and improve forecasting capabilities in SAP IBP, applying statistical methods, evaluating forecast accuracy drivers and optimizing models for relevant demand patterns.\nFacilitate workshops and structure complex business problems, turning analytical findings and stakeholder input into clear recommendations, roadmaps and transformation priorities.\nConnect planning with the broader supply chain and technology landscape, collaborating across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, data and SAP teams to ensure coherent end-to-end solutions.\n#LI-EU\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in engineering, supply chain, economics, data science, information systems or a related quantitative field.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or SAP-enabled planning projects, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end planning and fulfillment processes, with particular expertise in demand planning and forecasting and their integration with supply planning, inventory, manufacturing and logistics.\nHands-on SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) experience, including demand planning, planning data models, statistical forecasting, direct optimization of forecasting models within IBP and foundational functional configuration.\nStrong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including practical knowledge of time-series analysis, statistics and econometrics, with the ability to assess forecast performance, understand demand patterns and translate analytical findings into business recommendations.\nConsulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, requirements definition, workshop facilitation and translating business challenges into process and technology solutions.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nUnderstanding of SAP IBP integration, master data and its connection with the broader SAP S/4HANA and enterprise technology landscape.\nExperience designing target processes, operating models or transformation roadmaps for planning and fulfillment functions.\nPractical experience with advanced analytics or machine-learning techniques relevant to planning, such as product clustering or similarity detection.\nExperience in industrial equipment, manufacturing or another asset-intensive industry.\nGerman or French language skills.\nWHAT WE OFFER?\nIndividual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach. \nA wide training package (soft, technical, and language training offer, access to the e-learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, possibility of co-financing courses, and certification).\nEmployee Assistance Program - legal, financial, and psychological consultations.\nAccenture employees eligible for the Employee share purchase plan automatically become eligible for quarterly dividends if they own company shares. \nPaid employee referral program. \nPrivate medical care and life insurance. \nAccess to the WorkSmile benefits platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card). \nWorking Conditions:\nEmployment contract (umowa o pracę) \nHeadquarter in Warsaw. \nTraveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change.
