This involves assessing resource availability, project allocation, capacity, and scheduling.\nMaintain and update a comprehensive Resource Tracker and oversee Report updates.\nAssist with generating quarterly performance reports for the team to assess overall productivity and areas for improvement.\nOffer strategic assistance in client engagement activities, including the development of client-facing presentation decks and prompt responsiveness to client inquiries.\nAdminister updates to organizational charts to accurately reflect team structure and reporting lines.\nOversee the consistent and timely upkeep of SharePoint repositories, ensuring accurate and current documentation and project information.\nProvide comprehensive support to the Accenture ServiceNow Academy, aiding both trainers and trainees.
