The-satisfaction targets.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Management\nLead network infrastructure projects-from planning and design through implementation, testing, and customer acceptance-scale network infrastructure projects-from planning and design through implementation, testing, and customer acceptance\n\nManage scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent programs\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nPresent program plans, set expectations, and ensure client business priorities are accurately translated into execution requirements\n\nVendor & Partner Oversight\nAct as lead vendor manager for all assigned projects, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations\n\nTrack performance, address slippage, and escalate issues through vendor leadership when needed\n\nCross Functional Team Coordination-Functional Team Coordination\nDrive alignment across internal teams (TPMs, Fiber Network Deployment, Technical Field Assist, etc.) to ensure seamless execution\n\nCoordinate all activities required to achieve design readiness, field deployment, testing, and turn-up\n\nRisk & Issue Management\nOwn RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management for the entire program\n\nIdentify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and escalate critical blockers to protect delivery timelines\n\nGovernance & Reporting\nLead all program governance touchpoints, including kickoff, weekly status, vendor syncs, and escalation calls\n\nProduce concise, data driven dashboards and health reports for internal leadership and clients-driven dashboards and health reports for internal leadership and clients\n\nTechnical Oversight & Acceptance\nOversee technical delivery activities such as cross-connect facilitation, fiber readiness validation, and test/turn-up scheduling\n\nManage final acceptance with vendors, ensuring all network elements meet technical and performance criteria\n\nProject Closure & Documentation\nEnsure accurate acceptance dates, proper documentation, and complete handoff packages for downstream teams (e.g., TPMs)\n\nLaunch client and vendor satisfaction surveys to confirm delivery quality and identify improvement opportunities\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years’ end-to-end delivery experience managing network or fiber infrastructure projects\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nData analysis and reporting ability to understand SLA/KPI performance.\n\nExperience managing technical or delivery teams\n\nExperience supporting hyperscalers that provide cloud computing, networking, and data storage\n\nWorking within telecommunications provisioning, service delivery, OR network deployment environment\n\nExperience leading teams preferably a telecom, network operations, or Service Delivery environment-oriented, and capable of structured problem solving\n\nExperience delivering infrastructure programs with global vendors\n\nFamiliarity with project management, RAID processes, and network testing workflow\n\nHands on exposure to global carrier environments across North America, and/or LATAM\n\nPractical knowledge of:\nIP Transit and Peering\n\nDark Fiber & Wavelength services\n\nOptical transport technologies\n\nFiber infrastructure and related network equipment\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, leadership teams, and partner organizations\n\nProven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and operate in fast paced, time-sensitive environments\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of structured problem solving\n\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
