Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components and ecosystems to ensure seamless delivery. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements that elevate the quality and reliability of software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test plans and test cases to support comprehensive testing coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and report defects effectively to facilitate resolution.
- Knowledge of environment configuration and data management to support testing activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
