We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:\nAnalyst: €1,900 - €2,800\nSenior Analyst: €2,500 - €3,400\nTeam Lead: €3,000 - €4,200\nAssociate Manager: €4,300 - €5,250\n\nKey responsibilities:\nPlan one or more of the following: application, integration, user acceptance and operational acceptance tests.\n\nDetermine testing environment requirements.\n\nManage work throughout test preparation and test execution to ensure that testing is on time and within budget.\n\nFollow the testing standards, guidelines, and methodology as specified in the testing approach.\n\nDevelop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test streams, including application product, integration product, user acceptance and operational acceptance tests and execute them.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAbility to develop and manage all aspects of the testing effort, including plans, interdependencies, and schedule.\nDetail oriented: able to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the problem). \nAbility to document and communicate the status of testing progress against plans, defects, and issues, taking corrective action as necessary. \nUnderstanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle. \n3-5 years of testing experience.\nLatvian citizenship is a must due to project requirements.\nDesired Qualifications:\nMobile Native application testing experience.\nISTQB Foundation, Agile, Advanced Test Analyst certification or other relevant certification.\nCloud certification. \nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
