Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate digital take-offs and quantity measurements using CostX, AutoCAD, or MudShark.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with NRM2 CESMM4 and other UK-standard methods of measurement.
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to ensure precise quantity estimation.
- Support cost estimation, tender preparation, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain accuracy and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, or MudShark.
- Strong understanding of NRM2 CESMM4 and UK quantity surveying standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
