The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support to ensure timely and high quality hiring outcomes in line with defined recruitment processes and service level expectations.\nThe role operates within established recruitment frameworks and supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing requisitions, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nExposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in the airline industry is mandatory\nEducational Qualification\nAny Graduate\nShift Timings\nMust be open to Australian shift timings\n9 am to 5 pm Australian time\nWhat are we looking for?\nPrimary skill - Talent Identification\n4+ years in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment operations including\nHands on execution of end to end recruitment activities including hiring manager and candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support\nManaging multiple requisitions simultaneously with defined turnaround times\nCandidate pipeline management and stakeholder coordination\nAccurate maintenance of ATS data, trackers and reports\nAdherence to recruitment processes, SLAs and compliance requirements\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nRecruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines.\nConduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools. Source from existing candidate databases and determine the need for external sourcing to meet candidate volume requirements.\nPerform data mining for additional candidates. Identify new profiles for sourcing eligibility, source resumes, qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions.\nSupport candidate intake through applications or expressions of interest using electronic, phone or paper methods and process candidate profiles and applications.\nDevelop candidate lists for screening.
