In the role of Responsible AI Advisor, a typical day involves crafting and refining strategies that promote the ethical and responsible deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. This includes shaping the strategic framework for guidelines, policies, and practices that address potential risks associated with AI. The role requires fostering transparency and accountability across AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational values and compliance with legal standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to embed responsible AI principles into ongoing projects and decision-making processes is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to a culture of trust and integrity in AI applications.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of ethical AI frameworks and governance models.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure responsible AI practices are integrated throughout the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.

- Strong understanding of AI ethics, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.

- Experience in developing and implementing AI governance policies and frameworks.

- Ability to analyze complex AI systems and identify potential ethical and operational risks.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively advise and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Capability to stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI technologies and responsible AI practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Generative AI.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
