The Work: Lead end-to-end solutioning for AWS transformation, migration, modernisation, data and AI opportunities across major UK and EMEA clients. Shape AWS-native agentic AI solutions that move clients from proof of concept to production, using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, agents, RAG, guardrails, orchestration, observability and operational controls. Architect complex cloud journeys including VMware/data-centre exit, mainframe and .NET modernisation, SAP on AWS, data lakes, analytics, platform engineering, security and managed run. Develop commercially credible business cases, proposal narratives, estimates, delivery models, assumptions and risk positions. Collaborate closely with sales, account teams, AWS field teams, delivery, security, data/AI and industry SMEs to build differentiated propositions. Act as an AWS evangelist with C-suite and senior technology stakeholders, connecting technical architecture to measurable business outcome.
