identify the practical migration and modernisation path to Google Cloud. \nDesign GECX propositions for customer service, contact centre, digital channels and knowledge operations, including integration with CCaaS/CRM/workforce tools where relevant. \nDevelop estimates for migration, modernisation, platform engineering, data/AI build, GECX implementation and managed run.\nLead multi-disciplinary solution teams including cloud architects, data architects, AI engineers, security, operations, delivery, commercial and transition SMEs.\nAct as a senior Google Cloud evangelist with client CIO/CTO/CDO/CX leadership, explaining the value of Gemini, GECX and Google Cloud in a practical, outcome-led way.\nHere's What You Need:\nStrong record in architecting, solutioning and selling Google Cloud-centric transformation, migration, modernisation, data and AI solutions for enterprise clients. \nDeep Google Cloud architecture skills across landing zones, networking, IAM, GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, data engineering, DevSecOps and operational readiness. \nHands-on understanding of Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, agentic AI, enterprise search/RAG, AI governance, evaluation, observability and responsible AI patterns. \nPractical exposure to customer experience transformation, conversational AI or contact-centre modernisation; GECX, Conversational Agents, Agent Assist or CX Insights exposure strongly preferred. \nAbility to build business cases, solution narratives, commercials and client-ready architecture materials for senior stakeholders. \nStrong consulting, communication and stakeholder-management skills;
