You find satisfaction in applying a proven approach to deliver high quality results.\nThe Work:\nThe Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence Application Architecture team provides functional architecture support for our sales and pricing tools, ensuring their stability, alignment, and performance.\nAs an Application Architecture Associate Manager in the Integration space, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to manage and execute the integration requests between various applications and our sales and pricing data sources. You will also contribute to the design, testing, and maintenance of our tools and processes.\nThe role requires a high level of attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills. As Associate Manager you will also contribute to the improvement of existing processes, documentation, and training of junior members.\nYou will:\nSupport the integration of sales and pricing data between different applications and platforms\nManage the workflow of requests and approvals using PowerApps tool\nParticipate in meetings and document notes and action items\nEnsure the completion of Sales Excellence actions and follow up with stakeholders\nGather and manage access lists from Application teams\nCollaborate with the Security team to enforce access policies and standards\nCreate and revise the process guides for operational tasks and procedures\nProvide feedback and suggestions for improving the design and functionality of the tools and processes\nWork closely with the CIO Integration teams to support integration requests\nReview the access and usage of the Sales and Pricing data sources and identify any issues or gaps\nContribute to the advancement of the integration related objectives and strategies\nTrain and mentor the junior members of the team\nHere’s what you need:\nUndergraduate degree\nTypically have a minimum 4-5+ years of relevant experience\nEnglish language fluency (oral and written)\nProficient in Excel and familiar with formulas and data manipulation\nDetail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow the established procedures and protocols\nIndependent and team-oriented, able to work autonomously and collaboratively\nBasic knowledge of sales and pricing data and tools and how they are used in the business\nExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, able to interact with various stakeholders and teams\nAbility to understand the high-level requirements and expectations of the different teams and applications\nPotential to supervise a small team with guidance from a supervisor\nConfident in engaging with senior leadership within the scope of responsibility\nResponsible for an area of medium size and complexity\nMust be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, release cutover weekends, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution).\nExtra credit if you have:\nBusiness Management education desirable\nExperience with PowerApps and/or working with CIO Integration teams\nUnderstanding of sales processes and tools (e.g., Manage mySales) preferred\nYou May Also Need:\nA home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines.
