configuration and development.\nSolid understanding of data streams and DMOs, identity resolution and match rules, data transforms, calculated insights (SQL), and segmentation and activation.\nAbility to develop maintainable and scalable solutions.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nStrong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions preferred).\nExperience working with JSON, APIs, and data integration pipelines.\nUnderstanding of event-based data and customer engagement tracking.\nBasic understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.\n\nGood-to-have skills: \nSales Cloud / Service Cloud knowledge.\nExposure to zero-copy, document AI, or semantic layer is a plus.\nKnowledge of Salesforce Agentforce integrated with Data Cloud (Data 360) to enable real-time, data-driven AI agent experiences.\n\nCertifications Required: \nSalesforce Data Cloud Consultant Mandatory.\nSalesforce Administrator Mandatory.\nAgentforce Specialist Preferred.\nSalesforce AI Associate Preferred.\nSkills\nSQL, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Service
