Your energy, structure, and people skills inspire those around you to perform at their best.\nYou will:\nLead and manage the full delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning through go-live and hypercare\nAct as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and driving alignment\nOversee onshore and offshore teams, ensuring coherent collaboration and timely delivery\nManage project financials: budgets, forecasts, risk and issue logs\nContribute to pre-sales and business development activities, including proposals and scope definition\nChampion delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the team\nParticipate in internal initiatives to grow our Salesforce community and strengthen our delivery model\nYour DNA\nYou have a strong command of Salesforce as a platform and understand how it enables business transformation\nYou are naturally client-focused and excel at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders\nYou are structured, proactive, and able to manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence\nYou stay curious about the latest Salesforce innovations and industry trends, and you know how to translate them into business value\nYou are a team builder who leads by example and creates a positive delivery culture\nYour background\nMaster's degree in a relevant field\nMinimum 7 years of experience in project delivery or consulting, ideally in a technology or CRM context\nAt least 2-3 years in a Delivery Lead or Project Manager role on large-scale transformation programs\nExperience across multiple full-lifecycle implementations; exposure to Salesforce is a strong plus\nFamiliarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid)\nStrong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal\nFluent in French or Dutch and English\nWillingness to travel occasionally to client sites\nWhat we offer\nWe offer a stimulating environment where continuous learning is at the heart of our culture.
