You build and optimize customer engagement solutions that connect data, marketing, and technology to deliver personalized experiences across banking, capital markets, insurance, payments, and wealth management organizations.\nYou have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and understand how to leverage Data360, CRM, customer data platforms, integrations, and automation to create scalable, data-driven marketing capabilities. You thrive in environments where personalization, customer journeys, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes intersect.\nYou are equally comfortable configuring journeys, building automations, integrating data sources, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with marketers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders. You bring a continuous improvement mindset and are passionate about helping clients modernize customer engagement through AI, automation, and digital experiences.\nThe Work:\nMarketing Cloud Solution Delivery - Build and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and servicing journeys for Financial Services clients.\nCampaign & Journey Development - Design, develop, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, automations, and personalized communications using Marketing Cloud capabilities.\nData & Integration Engineering - Implement integrations between Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM platforms, and external systems to enable customer 360 and personalized experiences.\nPersonalization & Customer Intelligence - Develop audience segmentation, identity resolution, tracking, and personalization capabilities that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.\nPlatform Operations & Optimization - Support Marketing Cloud administration, automation, performance tuning, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAI & Innovation Enablement - Leverage Data Cloud, Agentforce, Generative AI, and emerging Salesforce capabilities to enhance marketing effectiveness and accelerate value realization\nWhat You Need:\nMinimum of 8 years of MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and real-time activation.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.\nBonus Points:\nSalesforce Financial Services Cloud or equivalent Financial Services CRM platforms and their use cases.\nDemonstrated experience influencing senior client stakeholders and leading architecture decisions in complex, multi-workstream programs.\nArchitecture experience with Agentforce Voice, contact center AI, or conversational AI platforms in Financial Services contexts.\nSalesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or AI Associate.\nStrong foundation in data architecture: modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).\nExperience managing technical delivery across onshore/offshore distributed teams.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
