About the Role

Join Accenture's SAP practice and help organizations unlock the value of data through enterprise reporting, analytics, and data warehousing solutions. As an SAP BW Consultant, you will work across SAP data and analytics platforms, supporting the design, development, enhancement, and optimization of SAP BW and SAP BW/4HANA solutions that enable business insights and decision-making.

This role offers opportunities to work on large-scale transformation programs, data modernization initiatives, and cutting-edge SAP analytics technologies while collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP BW/BW4HANA data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and integration activities from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Develop and maintain InfoProviders, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, DataSources, Process Chains, and transformations.
• Support report development and analytics solutions using SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, or related technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data warehousing and reporting solutions.
• Monitor and optimize data loads, system performance, and data quality across SAP analytics environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support project and operational objectives.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability building, and mentoring activities based on career level.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, or enterprise data warehousing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP data modeling, ETL design, data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Experience developing data warehouse objects, reports, dashboards, or analytical solutions.
• Understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, or other SAP source systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within local and global delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, or other analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling, SQL, ABAP, or data integration technologies.
• SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics, or SAP Data & Analytics certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics, reporting, and data warehousing environments.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise data transformation programs.
• Experience leading technical workstreams, project teams, or analytics delivery teams for senior-level candidates.
