This role is suitable for SAP professionals with expertise in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, management reporting, and enterprise finance transformation.\nYou will work with CFO organizations, Finance Controllership teams, and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions that streamline financial close processes, improve reporting accuracy, strengthen compliance, and provide actionable business insights. This role combines finance domain expertise with SAP solution delivery capabilities in large-scale transformation programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead or support SAP Group Reporting implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.\nGather and analyze business requirements related to financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, financial close, statutory reporting, and management reporting.\nDesign and configure SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions aligned with accounting standards, reporting requirements, and business objectives.\nSupport end-to-end consolidation processes including:Data Collection\nConsolidation of Investments\nIntercompany Matching & Reconciliation\nCurrency Translation\nConsolidation Adjustments\nMinority Interest Calculations\nFinancial Statement Generation\n\nCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Audit stakeholders to define reporting and consolidation requirements.\nSupport integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Central Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BPC, SAP BW/4HANA, and other enterprise reporting platforms.\nLead data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployment.\nDevelop functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, training materials, and user guides.\nProvide recommendations on financial close optimization, consolidation governance, reporting automation, and finance transformation best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.\n3-10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, Financial Consolidation, Corporate Reporting, Management Reporting, or Finance Transformation projects.\nHands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, SAP Financial Consolidation, Oracle FCCS, OneStream, Tagetik, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or similar consolidation platforms.\nStrong understanding of financial consolidation principles, group accounting, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial statement preparation.\nKnowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, statutory reporting, and corporate reporting requirements.\nExperience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and business stakeholder management.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nProfessional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.\nWillingness to be assigned on client's site (100%) \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations.\nExperience in finance transformation, Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close, Consolidation, or Corporate Performance Management programs.\nKnowledge of SAP Central Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC).\nExperience supporting merger & acquisition reporting integration, multi-entity consolidation, or multinational reporting structures.\nFamiliarity with disclosure management, audit requirements, regulatory reporting, and external financial reporting processes.\nSAP Group Reporting, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAC, or related SAP certifications.\nExperience engaging senior finance leaders, controllers, and CFO organizations.\nAbout the Company / Team\nWe work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
