Your job

Within Accenture you are challenged to be the best version of yourself at our clients’ projects. This means you lead projects by actively engaging with the business and translating their needs to create maximum value in the end product. You will be working with the latest technologies available in the industry like SAP S/4HANA.

As SAP RE-FX and CLM expert, you will help clients to shape, design and deliver solutions in S/4HANA, and drive your team in challenging projects. By methodically engaging with the business in an interactive way, you get a better understanding of their processes and (re)design and improve them, in Real Estate, Facilities & Contract & Lease Management processes to a broad sense covering Portfolio management, Contract Management, Space management, Commercial activities (Lease Outs, Rentals), Lease accounting (Lease-Ins, IFRS16) and controlling (incl. cost allocations). At the different clients you will be responsible for delivery of your team’s deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the go-live.

You are an expert in real estate & lease management processes and can lead your team to reach projects targets and milestones. You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback

You can manage a team and different project stakeholders and know how to maximize efficiency. With your SAP knowledge and skills in project management, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships.

You have developed project management experience that enable you to follow up activities, resources and financials related to your scope and manage risk and issues with your client.

Besides projects related activities, depending on your seniority, you will also be involved in business development and sales activities within Accenture and you are able to drive for new initiatives and innovation topics.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications - Your background

• At least 3 years of SAP real estate (RE-FX) and Contract & Lease Management (CLM) processes and solutions. Knowledge / experience of other SAP offerings in the area are considered as a plus.
• Good overview of real estate and lease management processes in SAP and its peripheric integration including with non-SAP applications; portfolio management, space management, energy management, capital projects, procurement & inventory management, asset & facilities management, accounting & controlling, master data and reporting, document management, measurements (iOT), energy management, etc.
• Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP real estate and lease management processes in different contexts and industries
• Min 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience on SAP Projects in ECC or S/4HANA (S/4HANA experience is considered as a key plus)
• Depending on seniority, experience in project management including client stakeholder interaction
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Open to travel as part of your project assignment.
• Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Language requirements: Our internal communication language is English, fluent in the country languages Dutch or French (with a basic understanding of the other country language).
• Considered a plus is having the relevant SAP certification
