You will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver retail transformation initiatives, support omnichannel operations, and improve supply chain and sales processes within SAP S/4HANA Retail environments.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in SAP Retail merchandising, procurement, inventory management, pricing, promotions, order management, and fulfillment processes.\nAdditional Key Responsibilities\nSupport implementation and enhancement projects within SAP Retail MM and SD modules.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.\nConfigure and support retail procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and merchandise distribution processes.\nSupport sales order management, pricing, promotions, billing, and customer fulfillment processes.\nParticipate in end-to-end testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities.\nAssist in troubleshooting system issues and provide functional support to business users.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including CAR, PMR, POSDTA, OAA, Master Data, and Finance teams.\nSupport omnichannel retail capabilities and order fulfillment processes.\nPrepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.\nParticipate in data migration, master data validation, and cutover activities.\nContribute to continuous process improvements and SAP best practices adoption.\nEssential Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-4 years of hands-on SAP experience with focus on SAP Retail MM and/or SD.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions.\nKnowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, merchandise distribution, and retail supply chain processes.\nExperience with sales order processing, pricing, billing, and order fulfillment.\nUnderstanding of retail master data including articles, sites, assortments, and business partners.\nExperience participating in SAP implementation, enhancement, or support projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAdditional Qualifications & Skills\nExperience with SAP CAR integration and omnichannel retail processes.\nFamiliarity with POSDTA, OAA, PMR, DDF, and UDF concepts is a plus.\nKnowledge of SAP Fiori applications and SAP Activate methodology.\nExperience with functional specification documentation and testing activities.\nExposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP Retail MM and/or SAP SD certification.\nExperience in large-scale retail transformation programs.\nKnowledge of allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or demand forecasting concepts.\nExposure to integration with third-party retail and POS systems.\nExperience working in global delivery environments and cross-functional teams.\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
