This role will be responsible for driving solution strategy, program delivery, business process transformation, and stakeholder engagement across complex SAP landscapes.\nAs a senior leader, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable SAP Order-to-Cash solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. You will also contribute to practice growth, team development, and strategic client engagements.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead large-scale SAP SD and S/4HANA Sales transformation programs across the full project lifecycle, including strategy, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.\nDrive solution design and architecture across Order-to-Cash processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery processing, returns management, credit management, and customer master data.\nManage multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state operating models.\nLead fit-gap workshops, business process reengineering initiatives, solution reviews, and executive stakeholder discussions.\nPartner with functional and technical teams across SAP modules, including MM, FICO, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM/CX, to deliver integrated business solutions.\nProvide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA Sales transformation, solution innovation, and industry best practices.\nSupport business development activities, including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit conversations.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 15 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, implementation, and transformation programs.\nProven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including large-scale enterprise deployments.\nDeep expertise in SAP SD and strong knowledge of S/4HANA Sales capabilities.\nExtensive experience in Order-to-Cash process design and optimization.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and geographically distributed teams.\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
