As a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, you will help the team adopt Agile values and Scrum principles, strengthen collaboration and ownership, and continuously improve the delivery of business value.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCoach the team in Agile values, Scrum principles, and effective ways of working, supporting greater autonomy, self-organization, and accountability;\nFacilitate and continuously improve Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, and cross-team alignment ceremonies;\nSupport realistic Sprint planning by providing visibility over team capacity, workload, dependencies, and delivery commitments;\nHelp the team maintain clear Sprint Goals and manage changes during the Sprint without losing focus on agreed priorities;\nIdentify, track, communicate, and help remove impediments, delivery risks, and cross-team blockers;\nFacilitate coordination and information flow between the Mobile team and relevant stakeholders;\nBuild a strong partnership with the Product Owner, supporting backlog management, prioritization, and shared understanding of the business context and delivery priorities;\nPromote constructive collaboration between developers, Product Owners, technical and non-technical stakeholders, and other delivery teams;\nProtect the team from unnecessary interruptions and uncontrolled scope changes while ensuring appropriate stakeholder involvement;\nSupport the onboarding and integration of new team members, encouraging knowledge sharing and alignment across the team;\nUse Agile delivery metrics and reports, such as velocity, cycle time, lead time, and delivery trends, to improve transparency and identify improvement opportunities;\nEnsure that actions, decisions, delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments are appropriately documented and followed through;\nPromote continuous improvement by tracking retrospective actions, sharing lessons learned, and contributing to Scrum Master Communities of Practice;\nAct as a change agent by challenging ineffective processes and supporting the evolution of the team’s Agile maturity.\nWhat You’ll Need\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a comparable field;\nSolid professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile team facilitator, or in a similar Agile delivery role;\nExperience supporting software development and multidisciplinary delivery teams;\nExperience coordinating distributed or multi-location teams;\nExperience working in scaled, multi-team, or complex Agile delivery environments;\nStrong experience facilitating Scrum events and supporting team self-organization;\nExperience working closely with Product Owners, development teams, technical representatives, and business stakeholders;\nProfessional English, spoken and written, is mandatory;\nFrench and/or Dutch knowledge is considered a plus;\nExperience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment is considered a strong plus.\nAgile & Delivery Skills\nStrong understanding and practical application of Scrum principles, accountabilities, and Agile ways of working;\nExperience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions;\nUnderstanding of scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus, as well as cross-team alignment practices such as PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums;\nFamiliarity with Kanban as a complementary flow-based approach;\nKnowledge of Agile estimation and planning techniques, including relative estimation and the distinction between story points and effort-based estimates;\nStrong understanding of backlog refinement, Sprint Goals, capacity planning, and the impact of scope changes during a Sprint;\nAbility to identify, coordinate, and support the resolution of impediments, risks, dependencies, and cross-team blockers;\nKnowledge of Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, cycle time, lead time, and other indicators used to support transparency and continuous improvement;\nExperience using delivery data and team insights to support realistic planning and improve delivery predictability;\nScrum Master certification, such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent, is strongly preferred.\nTechnical Understanding & Tools\nGood understanding of the software development lifecycle and the engineering practices used by software delivery teams;\nUnderstanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and their contribution to software delivery quality and predictability;\nUnderstanding of technical debt and its impact on delivery, quality, and maintainability;\nAwareness of integration and release processes and their impact on software delivery;\nExperience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Targetprocess, or equivalent, including the maintenance of work items and workflow states;\nExperience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.\nProfile &
