Deep Snowflake expertise is essential; SAP BW knowledge can be developed on the job.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nDesign target data models, ingestion patterns, and transformation layers using Snowflake and SAP Datasphere.\n\nBuild and review ELT/ETL pipelines and data transformations, ensuring adherence to established coding and naming standards.\n\nContribute to source-to-target mapping reviews and translate business requirements and rules into functional code.\n\nDefine and implement security and access-control models, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data masking.\n\nSupport the design and planning of historical data migrations and cutover activities.\n\nConduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.\n\nParticipate in technical design workshops and collaborate with the client's architecture team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n5–8 years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.\n\nSolid Snowflake experience, including data modelling, SQL, virtual warehouses, and basic security features.\n\nHands-on experience with Python or SQL-based ELT and a pipeline orchestration tool, such as Airflow, dbt, ADF, or similar.\n\nComfortable with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nAbility to read and understand data specifications and translate them into working solutions.\n\nNice to Have\n\nKnowledge of SAP BW or SAP S/4HANA.
