You work effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations and can independently take complex problems from requirements through production delivery.\nYou are also comfortable using modern AI-assisted software development tools as part of your engineering workflow to accelerate implementation, investigation, testing, and technical analysis.\nThe Work\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and microservices supporting LearnVantage products.\nBuild robust, secure, and reliable systems supporting complex enterprise learning and administration workflows.\nOwn technical solutions from initial design through production deployment and ongoing operation.\nPartner with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate product and enterprise requirements into effective technical solutions.\nBuild and maintain integrations between LearnVantage and enterprise platforms, partner systems, and external services.\nImprove existing systems for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.\nDesign and work with relational data models and production databases.\nDevelop and operate containerized applications in cloud environments.\nBuild and maintain automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability practices.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and improve system resilience and availability.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.\nApply software engineering best practices across code quality, testing, security, documentation, and operational readiness.\nUse AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while maintaining appropriate engineering review, testing, and quality standards.\nContribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, development practices, and platform architecture.\nTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.\nHere's What You Need\nMinimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience in a product-oriented, live production environment.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining production-quality back-end services and microservices using languages such as Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, including REST and/or GraphQL APIs, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and scalable distributed systems.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience with AWS or another major public cloud platform, including hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience developing or supporting enterprise SaaS products or platforms, including authentication, application security, system integrations, and troubleshooting production issues affecting reliability, availability, or performance.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience using AI-assisted software development tools for coding, debugging, technical investigation, testing, or code review.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.\nProfessional Skills Requirements\nAbility to independently drive technical work from requirements and design through production delivery.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.\nStrong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to communicate technical decisions, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
