Role Summary

We are seeking a Solution Leadto help translate a client's technology strategy into practical inputs for capital project scoping, design, and delivery. The role connects technology, capital projects, engineering, and operations stakeholders to strengthen strategic alignment across a major capital program.

What You’llDo

Technology Integration

  • Analysethe client's technology strategy and translate requirements into actionable capital project scope inputs

  • Identifygaps where capital project scopes do not reflect technology strategy intent and develop structured recommendations

  • Work with project teams, engineers, EPCMs, and technology stakeholders to embed requirements into design and delivery processes

  • Track and report on technology strategy alignment across the capital program

  • Support scoping, analysis, and business case development for technology projects

  • Maintain visibility of portfolio status, dependencies, and strategic alignment

  • Facilitate coordination between technology and capital delivery teams

Stakeholder Engagement & Analysis

  • Build effective working relationships across technology, capital projects, and operations functions

  • Produce clear analysis, gap assessments, and recommendations for senior stakeholder review

  • Communicate complex requirements across technical and executive audiences

  • Support governance reporting and senior briefings

Must Have

  • Experience in a business analysis, strategy, or project advisory role

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Ability to translate strategic intent into practical delivery requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence across technical and executive audiences

  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

  • Based in Perth, WA, with on-site presencerequired

Valued

  • Exposure to capital projects in mining, resources, energy, utilities, or heavy industry

  • Familiarity with technology or digital transformation programs in industrial settings

  • Understanding of operational technology, automation, or digital solutions in asset-intensive industries

  • Familiarity with capital project investment frameworks, including stage-gate, FEL/FEED, or equivalent

  • Knowledge of mining or resources operations
