The Specialty Hiring Associate provides administrative and processing support for the on/off boarding of subcontracted resources working with a variety of resource suppliers across TMHP Operations. This role includes verification of weekly timesheets from the two timesheet systems to ensure accurate billing and timely payroll processing approvals.
The Specialty Hiring Associate is an individual contributor focused on learning and executing established Specialty Hiring processes, following documented procedures, and delivering consistent and accurate operational support. This role escalates issues and complex questions to the CL-11 Specialty Hiring Analyst or Team Lead.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding Execution
Performs end-to-end process tasks associated with subcontractor new hire recruiting, onboarding, file maintenance, and offboarding.
Provides administrative support for internal and external resource loan processes.
Reviews candidate background check status for completion and compliance.
Coordinates with other internal areas for new hire equipment, network access, and training needs.
Collaborates with Accenture's Contractor Exchange (CX) and Procurement Teams for onboarding candidates.
Request & Supplier Coordination
Tracks and supports staffing requisitions and Supplier communication requests for Operations business areas.
Monitors communication received from staffing suppliers to the project.
Reviews resumes between Suppliers and Hiring Managers, as needed.
Coordinates interviews and offers between Hiring Managers and Suppliers.
Timesheet & Compliance Support
Verifies weekly timesheets and support the operational area with Accenture time sheet approvals to support accurate billing and timely payroll approvals.
Follows documented procedures to maintain compliance with Accenture and TMHP contractor policies.
Maintains accurate onboarding trackers, records, and documentation as directed.
Reporting & Team Support
Contributes to weekly reports and monthly deliverables for leadership.
Attends daily team huddles to ensure all processes are on track; raises risks or issues promptly.
Supports all functions of the Specialty Hiring team to ensure business continuity and consistent service delivery.
Supports new Hiring Managers with learning and training needs for processes related to working with contractors.
* Hybrid role in the Austin area; primarily remote. Resources must live within the required distance of the client site. Must be able to be onsite to facilitate new hire onboarding once a month if needed.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative support, HR, or a related function
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in HR (Human Resource) or Recruiting
Familiarity with timesheet or contractor management systems (e.g., Beeline)

Microsoft Copilot - foundational proficiency
Microsoft Visio - foundational proficiency, including the ability to open, read, and navigate existing process maps and Visio flow diagrams
