Take on challenging grid expansion projects with us and actively contribute to ensuring the technical, schedule, and quality-driven success of the energy transition.\nYour Mission:\nAs a Substation Project Engineer, you will take on a variety of responsibilities within national energy infrastructure projects and support our clients as a Project Coordinator or Owner’s Representative within complex project organizations. You will accompany substation projects throughout multiple project phases - from planning through execution - and actively contribute to the further development of our area of expertise.\nWhat You Can Expect:\nTechnical Project Management:\nYou will take overall responsibility for coordinating new construction and refurbishment projects in substations and act as the central interface between engineering, planning, and implementation. You will coordinate internal technical disciplines as well as external partners and ensure smooth project execution throughout all project phases.\nInterface & Quality Management:\nYou ensure efficient collaboration between all project disciplines and maintain oversight of technical requirements, changes, and dependencies at all times. At the same time, you support the project owner with quality assurance, structure project documentation, and accompany the technical handover process.\nDigitalization & Interface Management:\nYou contribute your ideas to the further development of our processes and digital tools and actively drive the standardization and efficiency improvement of substation projects.
