IT Infrastructure Support Associate - Local Technology Support (LTS) Role Overview The IT Infrastructure Support Associate provides hands-on onsite and remote technical support for enterprise workplace and infrastructure services. The role supports end-user technology, local network infrastructure, collaboration/AV systems, asset management, and day-to-day site technology operations. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for laptops, desktops, Microsoft 365, peripherals, and workplace technology. Troubleshoot hardware, software, wired/wireless connectivity, and L1/L2 technical issues. Support device deployments, refreshes, new joiners, equipment moves, and decommissioning.
