This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical IT systems while driving continuous improvement through automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure enhancements.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, configure, monitor, and maintain Linux and Windows server environments.\nEnsure the availability, integrity, and performance of enterprise infrastructure services.\nPerform system monitoring, patch management, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.\nSupport IT security initiatives, including firewall management, antivirus protection, VPN administration, and security patching.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, operating system, and application-related incidents.\nProvide technical consultation and support to development and project teams.\nParticipate in technical research and recommend infrastructure improvements and automation opportunities.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and support audit compliance requirements.\nMentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members and new hires.\nParticipate in 24x7 on-call support and incident management activities when required.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nProven experience in system administration, operating system support, or infrastructure management.\nStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.\nHands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.\nExperience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or similar tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise security technologies and infrastructure hardening.\nFamiliarity with middleware solutions and integration platforms.\nRelevant certifications in Linux, Microsoft, AWS, or infrastructure-related technologies.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
