Proven ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technology delivery in complex enterprise environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform deep system analysis across complex enterprise platforms identifying gaps dependencies and optimization opportunities\n\nLead solution focused discussions with business stakeholders engineers architects and QA teams to drive practical and scalable outcomes\n\nGather analyze and document business and technical requirements ensuring traceability from concept through delivery\n\nTranslate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards\n\nDesign and recommend solutions supporting loan disbursement lending workflows and financial integrations within banking systems\n\nPartner with TPOs TPMs to create manage and maintain Product backlogs Product boards Azure DevOps dashboards and work items\n\nSupport Agile ceremonies and practices including backlog refinement and sprint planning\n\nCollaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements resolve defects and ensure solution quality\n\nChallenge assumptions analyze tradeoffs and guide teams toward consensus driven value focused solutions\n\nEnsure solutions align with operational controls compliance requirements and enterprise standards\n\nBasic Qualification:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment in an Analyst or similar role\n\nMinimum of 3 years of hands on experience in system analysis process optimization requirement gathering and solution design\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps ADO for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field\n\nExperience with consumer loan origination decisioning and disbursements\n\nExperience with Oracle Banking and or Oracle ERP Finance platforms\n\nCertifications in one or more of the following: Oracle, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related Agile certifications\n\nExperience with consumer loan origination, decisioning and disbursements\n\nExperience with Architecture integrations using APIs\n\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
